Snowfall warning: prepare with utility information
January 25, 2023Environment Canada has issued a snow fall warning for our area, with total snowfall accumulations 15 to 20 cm, beginning early this afternoon and ending Thursday morning. Rapidly accumulating snow can build up on fire hydrants, exhaust vents, and natural gas and electricity meters, presenting a safety risk to you and your family.

Electricity prices, periods and tiers for November 1
October 27, 2022The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) announced that electricity prices for households and small businesses will be lowered as of November 1, 2022 under the Regulated Price Plan (RPP). The winter Time-of-Use (TOU) hours and the change in the threshold for residential customers on Tiered pricing will take effect November 1 as usual.
