Our office will be closed on Dec. 25, 26, and Jan. 1, and we close at noon on Dec. 22 and 29.  

Please note that on Dec. 22, our customer service centre is closed, while our administrative offices remain open until noon. During this time, to speak with a Utilities Kingston employee, please call 613-546-1181, between 8 AM and noon. Please follow the prompts to reach one of our staff members or services. 

You can count on us. In the event of a utility emergency, such as a gas smell, power outage, or a watermain break, call the Utilities Kingston 24-hour number at 613-546-1181. Hydro One electricity customers in the west and east can call 1-800-434-1235. Enbridge customers can call 1-877-969-0999.  

A friendly reminder the lowest electricity prices will be in effect on holidays for customers on the Time-of-Use (TOU) and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plans.
