Your responsibilities

As a renter, you are responsible for maintaining your water heater in good working condition throughout the term of your agreement. If you think there’s a problem with your water heater, please contact us.

You are also responsible for ensuring the systems that help your water heater function (such as vent piping) are kept clear, and are repaired or replaced as necessary. If you need advice on maintaining your water heater, please contact us.

Payment options

Many Utilities Kingston customers benefit from the convenience of one combined bill for all their utility services, which may include water, wastewater, gas and electricity. A combined bill helps lower costs for everyone.

We like to avoid penalizing customers for late payment. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach the Utilities Kingston office by the due date. Any account that is not paid in full by the due date will be considered past due and subject to appropriate collection action, which may include interruption of service.
