“Last Sunday evening around midnight, a very large limb from our neighbour’s property fell into our backyard and when it did, the hydro wires were taken down as well. Obviously, we lost our power, as did many of the residents around our home. We called in the trouble to Utilities Kingston and within the hour, two Utilities Kingston employees were at our property to investigate. They, in addition to other workers, worked through the night and had our power restored by 6:30 a.m.. We believe most of our neighbours had their power restored around that time as well. We just wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the response of Utilities Kingston workers. I understand many of them were called in from their vacations. Please pass on our sincere thanks for a great job. We are so lucky to live in such a fantastic city.”

I should like to compliment you and your serviceman, Brian (from Loughbrough), for the rapid response to my call on Saturday, Sept 10. Brian did a very thorough job dealing with multiple problems on our water heater and explained all the procedures for me to get the best performance in future.
"I just wanted to let everyone there know how happy I was with the service I received a couple of weeks ago. On New Years Day, I awoke to find that my pipes had frozen. The technician called back promptly and made suggestions about how I could deal with it myself and not have to call a plumber. I followed his instructions and about six hours later everything was fine. He also mentioned a few things I could do to prevent the pipes freezing again. Thank you for your helpful, prompt and pleasant service."
