Preventative Plumbing Program
To help protect the health and safety of employees, and contain the spread of COVID-19 in our community, Utilities Kingston is suspending the Preventative Plumbing Program until further notice.
This program provides financial assistance to homeowners who are considering undertaking work on their own home to reduce the risk of sewage backup.
