Utilities Kingston offers residents a wastewater receiving station conveniently located at Ravensview Wastewater Treatment Facility. 

Wastewater receiving location and hours

  1. Ravensview Wastewater Treatment Facility - 947 Highway 2 East Kingston, ON K7L 4V1

Hours of operation:

  1. Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 7 PM
  2. Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM to 4 PM

Setting up your wastewater receiving account

Customers will need to complete the Wastewater Receiving Facility Agreement. 

To add funds, customers can call 613-546-1181 extension 2337, email haulers@utilitieskingston.com, or use our online payment tool.

New customers will need to pick up a key fob in person at Utilities Kingston - 85 Lappan’s Lane Kingston, ON K7L 4X7.

Additional information

Support for the on-site facility during the day can be made by calling 343-363-7414. Customers will need to advise which facility they are at and their inquiry.

Please note that we do not accept loads from recreational vehicles (RVs) and hydrovac trucks.
