Water heater rental rates are changing February 1, 2024

In March 2023, the council of the City of Kingston approved a new rate schedule for the appliance rental business and authorized Utilities Kingston to update those rates in response to the competitive marketplace (see article).
Beginning February 1, 2024, the following changes will take effect for water heater rental rates:
