Winter weather alerts: prepare with utility information
January 9, 2024Environment Canada has issued winter weather alerts for our area, with a total snowfall accumulation of five to 10 centimetres and 20 to 35 centimetres of rainfall beginning this afternoon through this evening. With active weather in the forecast, we would like to remind the public about the following safety tips.

Check our sewer overflow map and learn how we’re reducing sewer overflows in Kingston
May 31, 2023With the recreational water use season upon us, we would like to remind boaters and other waterfront users to check our sewer overflow map after heavy rainfalls. To reduce overflows, in partnership with the City of Kingston, we have set a 20-year target to separate 100 per cent of the combined sewers in the municipal sewer system, by 2043.
