Your paper bill during a Canada Post labour disruption

Your paper bill during a Canada Post labour disruption

If you receive a paper Utilities Kingston bill by mail, delivery may be delayed this month due to a potential Canada Post labour disruption.

To avoid delays, you can access your bill online.  If you already have an online account, simply login anytime to view your bill and payment due date. This allows you to view, print, or save your bill for your records.

New to online billing? It’s easy to get started:

  1. Sign up for MyUtilities and eBilling at My.UtilitiesKingston.com. You’ll need your account number and most recent payment amount.
  2. Once signed up, you can view past and current bills under the Bills & Payments tab.
  3. Sign up for email notifications when your new bill is available and switch to paperless billing.
    • To opt-in for eBilling, click Edit Profile, then select eBilling (paperless) and choose "Yes."

You can also register for preauthorized payments or pay your bill online through any financial institution for added convenience.

Important: To avoid late payment fees, make sure your payment reaches the Utilities Kingston office by the due date. If you still prefer receiving a paper bill, you can continue with traditional mail, even with an online account.
