COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program applications are now closed
July 22, 2021Utilities Kingston is no longer accepting applications for natural gas and electricity funding for CEAP and CEAP-Small Business. The Ontario Energy Board has advised that the Ministry of Energy confirmed no additional funding would be provided for CEAP or CEAP-SB.
