Utilities Kingston is conducting leak testing in this area to help improve operating efficiency and water conservation. We don't expect that residents and businesses in the area will experience any major interruptions to water services. However, you may notice a reduction in water pressure, or discoloured tap water. 

We are planning to conduct this work overnight in order to reduce interruption to residents in this neighbouhood.

Tips to help with a water service interruptions:

• When water is restored, you could experience discoloured tap water or air in the pipes. The water is still safe. In the case of discoloured water, you should run a cold water tap until it clears. This may take 5-25 minutes.
• The City of Kingston emergency management plan suggests that each household has four litres of water, per person, per day at the ready for drinking and bathing.
