Starting August 9, we 're heading out into the community to hear directly from the people who rely on our services every day! We want to learn what matters most to you and how we can make your experience with Utilities Kingston even better.

Your feedback will help us create a new customer experience strategy that reflects your needs and expectations.

Why your voice matters

Reliable service is about more than keeping the lights on or the water flowing. It is about the experience you have when you call us with a question, receive your bill, report an outage or look for ways to save. We're creating this new strategy to make sure every step is simple, helpful and connected to what matters most to you.

How we’re listening

We’re working with Overlap Associates to connect with you in ways that make it easy to share your ideas and feedback. Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Chat with our street team – We’ll be visiting different locations throughout the month to hear from you. If you run into the team when you’re out, please take a few minutes to tell us about your experience.
  • Join a small-group session – Take part in a focused conversation about your customer experience. Sessions will be offered in person and online, with registration opening August 13.
  • Take our survey – Share your thoughts in our upcoming online survey. Details will be available soon!
  • Contact us directly – Email Community@UtilitiesKingston.com to share your feedback and ideas.

Street team conversations are just the start. In the weeks ahead, we’ll connect with customers in a variety of ways to ensure a wide range of perspectives are heard!
