Natural gas rates for May 1
Utilities Kingston has reviewed the rates for the natural gas commodity and transportation and storage.
Effective May 1, 2026:
- The commodity price for natural gas will remain at $0.1929 $/m3, and
- The transportation & storage price for natural gas will remain at $0.0674 $/m3.
Utilities Kingston reviews its natural gas commodity, and transportation & storage rates on a quarterly basis. Rates are adjusted to make up the difference between our forecast costs and actual costs from prior periods.
The next review will take place on August 1.
