The Ontario Energy Board’s utility scorecards provide a transparent view of performance across the province and help guide our ongoing improvements.
In 2024, we achieved strong results across key areas:
- 100% of new service connections and scheduled appointments completed on time
- 99.86% billing accuracy
- 97.6% of customer inquiries resolved on the first call
These results reflect our continued focus on reliability, customer service, and operational excellence as we work to meet the needs of our customers and community.
