Utilities Kingston recently issued utility bills that displayed an incorrect amount for the line 8% Provincial Rebate. The Amount Due was correct, and customers can be assured that this was the right amount to pay.  

Accurate billing is important to us, so Utilities Kingston is re-issuing billing statements with corrected 8% Provincial Rebate amounts, for information only. This line can be found under the section Your Electricity Charges

Do not pay this duplicate bill. To know it is a duplicate bill, check the top of your bill for the statement Duplicate Bill DO NOT PAY. For more information, including graphics to illustrate this issue, visit the www.UtilitiesKingston.com/duplicatebill.
