Utilities Kingston Invites Input on Customer Satisfaction

Utilities Kingston will conduct a customer satisfaction telephone survey over the next two weeks.

“We wanted people to know that these phone calls and questions are authorized by Utilities Kingston. We’ve been supplying Kingston residents with safe and reliable utility services for over a century and we take that relationship very seriously. Customer service and community engagement are important to us,” says Jim Keech, President and C.E.O. of Utilities Kingston. He encourages people to share their opinions and help the utility continually improve overall customer service.

Utilities Kingston has contracted UtilityPULSE, an opinion research firm, to engage 400 of its 27,000 customers in central Kingston and ask a few questions about Utilities Kingston’s electrical services. UtilityPULSE will ask to speak to the person who looks after the household’s electrical bill and then proceed with the survey, which takes less than 15 minutes.

Utilities Kingston is one many electric utilities in Ontario now conducting customer satisfaction surveys, as required by the Ontario Energy Board.

Questions or concerns about the survey can be directed to customer service at 613-546-0000.
