Crews have completed the gas and electrical repairs on Patrick, Frasier and Joseph Streets and have reinstated the services.

Due to overnight repairs on gas services, gas has been shut off to units at 375 Patrick Street, 54, 56, and 58 Frasier Street and 37 Joseph Street.

In order for gas to be turned back on and to ensure safety, our crews will need to visit your home. They will turn the service on and relight appliances.

The customer or an authorized agent must be on the premises. Please contact the Utilities Kingston 24-hour emergency line at 613-546-1181. We are already working with representatives from 375 Patrick Street and 37 Joseph Street to get the gas turned back on.

Customers who are without power are assured that we are working to resolve the situation as quickly and safely as possible. We anticipate that the power will be out at 375 Patrick Street until at least early this afternoon. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at 613-546-0000.
