Utilities Kingston is currently undertaking a Sewage Infrastructure Master Plan to identify infrastructure upgrades to support growth and to reduce combined sewer overflows. The Master Plan is following the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process for Master Plans. Utilities Kingston will be holding a the 2nd Public Information Centre on March 3rd, 2010 at the Kingston Central Library on 130 Johnson Street from 4-7pm in the Wilson Room. At this PIC, alternatives will be presented to meet the objectives of the study, including identification of areas of continued sewer separation, trunk pipe and pump station upgrades as well as new infrastructure.
