Kingston Hydro customers in Barriefield Village, at Royal Military College and at CFB Kingston will experience a 15-minute planned power outage on December 29, 2015 at 7:15 am. The alternate date for this outage is December 30.

This power outage is necessary to allow Hydro One workers to safely complete equipment upgrades to the submarine cables crossing the Cataraqui River.
