Planned voice system outage after business hours on March 10

Due to planned maintenance on the voice system from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, calls to our customer service line at 613-546-0000 will be redirected to our after-hours call center. Inbound calls to our 24-hour emergency line at 613-546-1181 will be redirected to our after-hours call service, as usual.

If you are experiencing a serious or potentially life-threatening utility emergency such as a natural gas leak or downed power line, call 911 immediately.
