Office hours

Our offices will be closed at noon on December 24 and 31; and closed December 25, 26 and January 1. In the event of a utility emergency, such as a gas smell, power outage or a water main break, call our 24-hour number at 613-546-1181.

Social media support

Thanks #ygk social community for your support in 2014! When you share information about utility services, it helps reduce the impact of disruptions on our customers, and we appreciate it.

Due to vacation time, social media support will be reduced from December 24 to January 11, inclusive. During this time, social media coverage will be provided in emergency situations. Our control centre operators will continue to update our Facebook and Twitter feeds during after-hour emergencies, while also dealing with the situation at hand.
