Utilities Kingston offers $30 credit on each toilet you upgrade to low flush
To help customers reduce water and sewer use, we are offering a $30 bill credit on the purchase and installation of low-flush toilets to our residential water customers. Customers can upgrade every eligible toilet in their home.
Upgrading toilets will help customers reduce water and sewer use and take climate action. Customers will save money on their home’s water and sewer bills and reduce municipal energy consumption by reducing the energy needed to treat water and wastewater.
Low flush toilets, sometimes also called low flow, are toilets designed to use much less water through a specific type of cistern and siphon that can flush waste effectively and more efficiently.
Residents who receive water services from Utilities Kingston can find out more and apply online on our Residential Toilet Rebate page.
