Effective November 01, 2009, the commodity price for natural gas will decrease $0.0100 per cubic metre to $0.1879 per cubic metre. Also, affecting electricity customers for Kingston Hydro, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has reviewed electricity Regulated Price Plan (RPP) commodity prices and there will be an increase to these prices effective November 01, 2009.
