Utilities Kingston has reviewed the rates for the natural gas commodity and transportation & storage, effective November 1, 2019:

• The commodity price for natural gas will decrease by -$0.0161 to $0.1456 $/m³, and

• The transportation & storage price for natural gas will remain at $0.0669 $/m³.

The overall effect of the price changes will decrease a typical residential bill (2300m³ annually) by an estimated -$37.03 annually.

The next quarterly review of these rate components will be for February 1, 2020 implementation.
