Utilities Kingston has reviewed the rates for the natural gas commodity and transportation & storage, effective November 1, 2018:

• The commodity price for natural gas will increase by 0.0139 $/m³ to 0.1617 $/m³, and

• There will be no change to the transportation & storage price for natural gas.

The overall effect of the price changes will increase a typical residential bill (2300 m³ annually) by an estimated $31.97 annually.

The next quarterly review of these rate components will be for February 1, 2019 implementation.
