Utilities Kingston has reviewed the rates for the natural gas commodity and transportation & storage, effective May 1, 2020:

• The commodity price for natural gas will remain at $0.1456 $/m³, and
• The transportation & storage price for natural gas will decrease from $0.0669 $/m³ to $0.0512 $/m³
• The overall effect of the price changes will decrease a typical residential bill (2300m³ annually) by an estimated -$36.06 annually.

The next quarterly review of these rate components will be for August 1, 2020 implementation.
