When you log in to MyUtilities tomorrow, you’ll notice some changes to this customer portal that we hope you’ll enjoy:
- The portal is getting a make-over! The interface has been redesigned to improve the user experience, and adapt to various user devices.
- You’ll be able to sign up for eBilling and stop receiving paper bills. Instead, we’ll send you an email notification that your electronic bill is ready.
- Want to avoid estimated bills? You can log into MyUtilities and submit a meter reading for your water and gas bills.
