MyUtilities Customer Portal is Available

After being offline for several days, the MyUtilities customer portal is available again. We thank our customers for their patience. When you attempt to log in, the system will prompt you to change your password.

This precaution is being taken in light of recent world-wide vulnerabilities to security and privacy over the Internet.

  • View your household consumption of water, gas, and electricity, as well as your transaction and payment history.
  • Access tips and tools to save water, energy, and money, and hook up to our conservation programs.
  • See how temperatures affect your gas and electricity use and heating costs.
  • Manage costs by shifting electricity use to off-peak periods.
