Effective August 1, 2013, the transportation and storage price applicable to Utilities Kingston’s natural gas customers will decrease -$0.0116 per cubic metre to $0.1145 per cubic metre.

There will be no change to the commodity price applicable to Utilities Kingston’s system gas customers. The current system gas commodity price is $0.1860 per cubic metre.

The overall effect of the transportation and storage price change will decrease a typical residential natural gas bill (3100 cubic metres annually) by an estimated -$36 annually.
