Drinking Water Supply Financial Plan
The 2024 – 2029 Drinking Water Supply Financial Plan is now available. The financial plan includes details on the projected financial position and operations of the drinking water system, gross cash receipts, and gross cash payments.
Drinking Water Supply Financial Plans are mandated by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks under Ontario Regulation 453/07 to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of drinking water systems
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston approved the plan in March 2023.
