Kingston Hydro customers in the areas listed on this page will experience a power outage from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21. This time was chosen to help reduce the impact of this service disruption on our downtown business and residential customers. View a map of the outage area.

Customers in the area bordered by the following streets will be affected:

• Brock Street (University Avenue to Montreal Street)
• University Avenue (Brock Street to Princess Street)
• Queen Street (Division Street to Montreal Street)
• Montreal Street (Brock Street to Queen Street)

This power outage is necessary to allow Utilities Kingston, working on behalf of electricity distributor Kingston Hydro, to prepare for future underground electricity distribution construction.
