Delayed bills to be available online starting March 6

Utilities Kingston has resolved a technical issue that resulted in a delay in issuing bills to approximately 18,000 customers.

Bills will be printed and mailed starting on Tuesday, March 6. Customers are assured, they will not accrue late charges as a direct result of this issue, and we are always willing to work with them to make payment arrangements, if needed.

Electronic bills will be available starting March 6 on the MyUtilities customer portal, but it could take up to 48 hours for you to see your bill. Not yet signed up for MyUtilitites? To get started, you'll need your account number and the amount of the most recent payment you made to us. Visit my.utilitieskingston.com to register today.

Our apologies for this inconvenience. Reliable and accurate billing is important to Utilities Kingston and we corrected the issue as soon as we became aware of it. Customers with questions or concerns can contact customer service at 613-546-0000, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM.
