Delayed bills to be available online starting March 6

Utilities Kingston has resolved a technical issue that resulted in a delay in issuing bills to approximately 18,000 customers.

Bills will be printed and mailed starting on Tuesday, March 6. Customers are assured, they will not accrue late charges as a direct result of this issue, and we are always willing to work with them to make payment arrangements, if needed.

Electronic bills will be available starting March 6 on the MyUtilities customer portal, but it could take up to 48 hours for you to see your bill. Not yet signed up for MyUtilitites?
