Due to a technical issue, Utilities Kingston is experiencing a delay in issuing bills to many of our customers. Reliable and accurate billing is important to Utilities Kingston and we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are assured, they will not accrue late charges as a direct result of this issue, and we are always willing to work with them to make payment arrangements, if needed.
