Utilities Kingston would like to remind local contractors: we continue to require 48 hours’ notice for technical services such as servicing and inspections.
Do you anticipate needing a water shut off, CCTV camera inspection, sanitary tie-in inspection, or other non-emergency technical service? While our staff make every effort to respond to contractor requests as quickly as possible, with the restrictions COVID-19 has placed on our work processes, the 48 hours’ notice continues to be an important requirement.
