At Utilities Kingston, your safety is our top priority. That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in our 2024 Public Safety Awareness Survey. It’s more than just a survey—it’s an opportunity to test your knowledge of electrical safety while helping us make important decisions about how to keep our community safe and informed.

Why participate? 

Every two years, we run this quiz-style survey to understand how well our customers understand electrical safety. The results will help us identify gaps in awareness, shape safety programs, and improve how we share important information.

How to take part: 

From September 16 to 27, take the survey to learn about electrical safety and to see how well you know essential practices and emergency procedures. It only takes 10 minutes and provides valuable insights for the whole community.

The results will be reported to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to enhance our safety programs and outreach efforts. We will also share the results on our website.
