The Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston has approved the 2019-2023 Drinking Water Supply System Financial Plan. The plan is prepared in response to Ontario Regulation 453/07.
The financial plan includes details on the projected financial position and operations of the drinking water system, gross cash receipts, and gross cash payments.
