On an annual basis, testers are required to submit proof of their certification issued by the Ontario Water Works Association (or approved equivalent) and a valid Certificate of Calibration of their test equipment.
Only persons listed herein are permitted to carry out functions required by the Cross Connection Control Program administered by Utilities Kingston. Please refer to the section Restrictions below.
You are required to use your own judgement with respect to contracting with these testers.
