By-Law No. 2006-122 is a by-law to provide for the regulation of water supply for the City of Kingston, as amended.
Enforcement of prohibitions under this by-law are as follows:
- by penalty as provided in the Provincial Offences Act (denoted as Fine amount in the table below); or
- in accordance with the Administrative Penalty Process By-Law 2020-69 (denoted as Penalty amount in the table below).
