Drinking water quality management system
Utilities Kingston has developed and implemented a Quality Management System to conform to the requirements of the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard for Ontario. This quality management system has been documented in an Operational Plan for each of the drinking water systems we operate. Each operational plan includes a policy stating our commitment to providing a safe and reliable supply of drinking water to our customers and describes how we will continue to meet that commitment through the effective and ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System. Operational Plans for each of the drinking water systems under Utilities Kingston’s operating authority are available for download at www.utilitieskingston.com or may be viewed at the Utilities Kingston Service Centre at 85 Lappan’s Lane.
