Rain barrel replacement parts

A limited number of parts are available from Utilities Kingston, at no charge, for rain barrels that were purchased in 2021 or 2022. If you purchased your rain barrel in these years, please complete the form below. We will notify you when the parts are ready for pick up, from our offices at 85 Lappan’s Lane.

For rain barrels purchased in 2019 or earlier, contact enviro@orbiscorporation.com for parts assistance. For rain barrels purchased in 2023, you can also visit rainbarrel.ca for additional parts or information.
