How much do you know about electrical safety?

Until early March, Utilities Kingston is conducting a survey to get input from the public on their understanding of electrical safety. The survey is being conducted online or by telephone.

We are  seeking input from residents and businesses in our electricity service area, which includes 28,000 homes and businesses in Central Kingston, Canadian Forces Base Kingston, and parts of Barriefield Village.

Not sure if you're in our electricity service area? Take a few minutes now to check your electricity bill and note your provider, or use the address lookup tool to see which of our services you receive.

The online survey is now closed and we thank you for your interest. Phone calls will continue to
March 1, 2022.

Data is collected over the telephone and online by UtilityPULSE, to rate the public's understanding of electrical safety. UtilityPULSE will provide an aggregated summary of the results to us. We will use this information to help improve electrical safety awareness. The information will be retained in accordance with the UtilityPULSE privacy policy.

Questions or concerns about the survey can be directed to customer service, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, by calling 613-546-0000, where you can also request the survey in an alternate format.

Thanks for sharing your opinion!
