We provide quality water to 38000 homes and businesses. Our employees operate 3 water treatment plants, 600 kilometres of water main, 5,163 water valves, 4 booster stations, 10 water storage facilities and 3,384 fire hydrants.

We provide safe and reliable wastewater services to nearly 37,000 homes and businesses, while minimizing impact on the environment. Our employees maintain 490 kilometres of sewer main, 6,353 maintenance holes, 37 sewage pumping stations, 9 combined sewer overflow tanks, and 3 wastewater treatment plants.

We maintain a safe and reliable gas distribution system, serving 15,000 homes and businesses in central Kingston. Our employees maintain 256 kilometres of gas main, 225 kilometres of gas services, 1,321 mainline gas valves, and 8 gas pressure regulating stations.

We provide asset management, billing and operational services to Kingston Hydro, which in turn is the Ontario Energy Board licensed distributor of electricity for 28,000 customers in central Kingston. Our employees service 5,398 poles, 1,796 transformers, 17 distribution substations, 1,426 underground structures, 104 kilometres of 5 kV underground cables, 180 kilometres of 5 kV overhead conductors, 7 km of 44 kV underground conductors, and 48 kilometres of 44 kV overhead conductors.
