Utilities Kingston offers two bulk water fill stations for residential and business use conveniently located at Creekford Road Tower and Ravensview Wastewater Treatment Facility.

The water fill stations are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Setting up your bulk water customer account
Customers will need to complete the Bulk Water Filling Station Agreement.
To add funds, customers can call 613-546-1181 extension 2337, email haulers@utilitieskingston.com, or use our online payment tool.
Please note it may take two business days to add funds to your account.
New customers will need to pick up a key fob in person at Utilities Kingston - 85 Lappan’s Lane Kingston, ON K7L 4X7.
Bulk water rate
The 2024 rate is $3.73 per cubic meter (as outlined in the City By-Law 2012-22).

Support for the on-site facility during the day can be made by calling 613-546-1181 extension 2337. Customers will need to advise which facility they are at and their inquiry.
Please note that fill station connections require a 3-inch male connector.
