| 2 | Utilities Kingston develops an estimate or Network Acceptance Form for the services you require or perhaps a couple of options for you to consider should you need them. The Network Acceptance Form includes an estimate of the one time installation costs and the actual monthly recurring costs for the service. | 2 |
| 3 | Once you've selected the services you need, we ask you to sign the non-binding acceptance portion of the Network Acceptance Form. | 1 |
| 4 | Utilities Kingston completes a civil engineering survey of your site to develop a firm cost for the installation and the Network Acceptance Form is revised accordingly. | 5 |
| 5 | If the services and costs are acceptable to you we ask you to sign the binding acceptance portion of the Network Acceptance Form. | 1 |
| 6 | Utilities Kingston provides our Service Level Agreement for your review and approval. | 10 |
| 7 | Utilities Kingston installs the service. | 10 |
| 8 | Utilities Kingston meets with you to review the service and answer any questions you have. You sign the customer acceptance of the installed service and service is ready use. | 1 |
