Property owners, did you know we also provide private locates? Once you have a Ontario One Call ticket number, contact Utilities Kingston to arrange for privately-owned infrastructure locating services. You can use the convenient request form available online, or call 613-546-1181, extension 2194. Have your Ontario One Call locate request ticket number, site information, invoice information, and description of work available.

Every time you dig anywhere on your property - for example to plant a tree, drive in a stake or post, or build a fence or decking - you could damage underground services; and that can have serious consequences. Request your free locate online or call 1-800-400-2255. Contact Ontario One Call at least a week before you plan to dig.

Ontario One Call is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need your name, phone number, email address, address of the dig site (including nearest intersection), and the type of work being done so that they can process your order efficiently.
