Installers

Utilities Kingston pays the Installers an installation allowance on behalf of the customer. Should additional work be required (i.e. installation or replacement of venting, moving of the tank, additional piping, anti-scald mixing device), then additional charges will be billed to the home owner by the installer. Before the hot water tank is installed, customers should ask their Installer if any additional charges may apply.
