Utilities Kingston intends to replace the watermain on:

• Glen Castle Rd. (from Henderson Blvd. to Knightsbridge Rd.)
• Knightsbridge Rd. (from Glen Castle Rd. to Roosevelt Dr.)
• Roosevelt Dr. (from Henderson Blvd. to Knightsbridge Rd. and at Bayridge Dr.)
• Acron St. (all)

Watermain reconstruction work is planned to start this summer. As part of this project the contractor will be replacing the portion of the water service for each property from the main in the street to the property line. The remaining length of water service connection pipe between your residence (or business) and the property line is the responsibility of the property owner and will not be replaced by Utilities Kingston. You, as the property owner, may wish to take this opportunity to make private arrangements with the contractor to replace services within your property during the reconstruction.

Utilities Kingston would like to invite area residents and property owners to a Public Meeting on Wednesday July 20, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Reddendale Room at Centre 70, 100 Days Rd.

This meeting will be an opportunity for interested residents and owners in the areas described above to meet with Utilities staff and the contractor to discuss the construction project. Detailed plans will be presented and questions answered regarding access during construction, reinstatement plans, the length and scope of the project plus other relevant issues.
